The TABLOID Act The Transparent and Accessible Board Legislation and Open and Inambiguous Discourses Act Section I Purpose of the Act Subsection I Make the Board and its processes more transparent Section II Make the Board and its processes more transparent Subsection I Board votes and the discussions thereof shall take place on the public RMB of Libertatem, and not hidden in private telegrams Subsection II A Board vote shall not commence until twenty-four hours after such a vote has been called into motion, allowing for the Board and for the public to have adequate time to discourse on the proposed legislation Subsection III The Board may bypass the twenty-four hour waiting period only in emergency situations when expediency is required, but the vote shall still take place on the public RMB Subsection IV The Board may bypass the restrictions set forth in Subsections I and II, when proposed legislation pertains to regional security
