Department of State Reform Act - PASSED
Section I
Purpose
Subsection I
To reorganize the Department of State
Subsection II
To hold diplomats accountable for their actions
Subsection III
To establish a headquarters
Section II
Department Structure
Subsection I
The Department will be headed by the Manager of State. He/she is accountable for overseeing all diplomats, their actions, and their accomplishments, and participating in diplomatic missions as necessary.
Subsection II
The Deputy Manager of State will assist the Manager in oversight of diplomats and participate in diplomatic missions as necessary.
Subsection III
Diplomats are to advance diplomacy with foreign regions and nations, in order to eventually open an effective and productive embassy. Diplomats are ranked by, in order of most merit to least, Sergeant, Corporal, and Private. These ranks are to be rewarded by the Manager at his/her discretion.
Section II
Subsection I
All diplomats are subject to demerit at the Manager's discretion.
Subsection II
All diplomats are subject to judicial action in the case of treason overseas, or the divulgence of confidential information.
Subsection III
All diplomats are to report all significant diplomatic actions to the Manager for approval. If they fail to do so, they are subject to demerit or legal action.

Subsection I
The Manager is responsible for creating a headquarters (HQ) for his/her diplomats.
Subsection II
The HQ must be visually appealing, and productive.
Subsection III
The HQ must have an area which gives a brief description of all ongoing diplomatic missions.
Subsection IV
The HQ must list all diplomatic operatives and their ranks, along with the names of the incumbent Manager and Deputy.
