The Communications Deregulation Act
Section I
Purpose of this act
Subsection I
To open access to the regional message board to residents of regions that hold diplomatic relations with Libertatem
Section II
Deregulation of the Regional Message Board
Subsection I
This act, upon passage, authorises the President to remove posting controls and extend posting privileges to all nations in regions with which Libertatem has an embassy
Section III
Further modification of posting controls
Section I
The President may use executive order to modify posting controls in the event that regional security is threatened in the ways described by Article V, Section I, Subection II of the Constitution
Section II
Otherwise, the Board will be responsible for managing posting controls
