General Military Reformation Act
Section I
Purpose of the Act
Subsection I
Establish an Order of Command
Subsection II

Establish an Order of Command
Subsection I
The Commander-in-Chief, the commander of forces, shall be the President
Subsection II
The Adjutant, second-in-command and commander of the Active Corps, shall be the Manager of Military Affairs
Subsection III
The Commandant, third-in-command, shall be the Vice President
Section III
Establish Rank
Subsection I
Militants shall be addressed by their ranks when involving military actions
Subsection II
The top rank, held by the commander-in-chief, shall be Commander
Subsection III
The next rank, the Adjutant, shall be the General
Subsection IV
The Commandant shall be the Colonel
Subsection V
There shall be one Sergeant for each Corps (two total) appointed by eith Commander or General, they shall assist the running of their Corps
Subsection VI
Any soldier who has been in either corps for three months shall retain the rank of Veteran
Subsection VII
Any soldier who has not been in either corps for three months shall hold the rank of Private
Section IV
Establish an Active Corps
Subsection I
The Adjutant shall command the Active Corps
Subsection II
The Active Corps shall be the primary offensive military force
Subsection III
Active soldiers shall be required to reply to a summons within twenty-four hours
Section V
Establish a Reserve Corps
Subsection I
The Commandant shall command the Reserve Corps
Subsection II
The Reserve Corps shall be the primary defensive military force
Subsection III
The Reserve Corps may be called to offensive operations by the Commander or Adjutant
